(the Target Funds), offer a variety of investment options, including equity, growth, international, income, value, asset allocation, fixed income and money market funds. The Company is the exclusive underwriter and distributor of 47 registered open-end mutual fund portfolios, including 20 comprising the Advisors Funds, 12 comprising the W&R Funds, 12 comprising the Target Funds, and three comprising InvestEd. The Company also offers to its customers variable annuity and life insurance products underwritten by Nationwide Financial Services, Inc., and sells life insurance and disability products underwritten by various carriers through a general agency arrangement with BISYS Insurance Services, Inc.
