Unilever PLC is a worldwide supplier of consumer goods in foods, household care and personal product categories. Since January 2001, the Company's operations have been organized into two global divisions, Foods and Home & Personal Care. This structure allows for improved focus on its division's activities at both the regional and global levels. These global divisions' operations are organized into businesses on a regional basis, with the exception of DiverseyLever and Prestige within Home & Personal Care, and the global businesses of Ice Cream and Frozen Foods and Foodservice within the Foods Division.
