UGI Corporation is a distributor and marketer of energy products and services. The Company has two primary business lines domestic and international distribution of propane, and provision of natural gas, electricity and related services through regulated distribution utilities, as well as through unregulated electric generation, commodity marketing, heating and cooling installation and service businesses. The Company conducts its domestic propane distribution business through AmeriGas Partners, L.P. The Company's subsidiary, UGI Utilities, Inc., owns and operates a natural gas distribution utility and an electric distribution utility in eastern Pennsylvania. UGI Enterprises, Inc. conducts domestic and international energy-related businesses through subsidiaries. UGI Energy Services, Inc. markets natural gas, oil and electricity in the Mid-Atlantic region under the trade name Gasmark.
