The Company is primarily engaged in the processing of synthetic yarns in two primary business segments: polyester and nylon. The polyester segment is comprised of textured, dyed, twisted and beamed yarns with sales to knitters and weavers that produce fabrics for the apparel, automotive and furniture upholstery, home furnishings, industrial and other end use markets. The nylon segment is comprised of textured nylon and covered spandex products with sales to knitters and weavers that produce fabrics for the apparel, hosiery, sock and other end use markets.
