The group's principal activity is to provide commercial banking and other financial services. the services of the group include secured and unsecured commercial loans to professional and community based businesses, checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts and time deposits. the group also provides safe deposit services, debit and atm cards, ach transactions, savings bonds, cashier's checks, travelers' checks, notary services and other services. as on 31-dec 2001 the group operated ten branches serving western oregon and southwest washington state.
