The group's principal activities are the manufacture and sale of specialty foods, glassware, candles and automotive. the specialty foods segment includes pourable and refrigerated produce salad dressings, sauces, refrigerated produce vegetable and fruit dips, dairy snacks and desserts, frozen ready-to-bake pies and frozen hearth baked breads. the glassware and candles segment includes table and giftware consisting of domestic glassware, imported glassware, candles in all popular sizes, shapes and scents, industrial glass and lighting components and glass floral containers. the automotive segment consists of rubber, vinyl and carpet-on-rubber car mats for original equipment manufacturers, truck and trailer splash guards and aluminum running boards for trucks and vans. specialty foods accounted for 51% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Glassware and candles, 28% and automotive, 21%.
