Quicksilver Resources Inc. is an energy company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploration, production and sale of natural gas, crude oil and condensate, and the gathering, processing and transmission of natural gas. Quicksilver has an interest in natural gas and crude oil mineral leases, a pipeline transmission system, gas gathering and processing facilities and wells producing hydrocarbons that are located principally in the states of Michigan, Wyoming, Montana and Indiana, as well as in Canada. Quicksilver evaluates other opportunities for the development of reserves and related assets as they become available and, under certain circumstances, may explore opportunities in regions other than those in which the Company is involved.
