The S&P Global 100 Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) is the first product available to U.S. investors that tracks the S&P Global 100 Index, an equity index developed by Standard & Poor's and the New York Stock Exchange that is comprised of 100 leading companies whose performance is tied more to global economic, competitive, and industry trends than headquarter locations. IOO will be managed by Barclays Global Fund Advisors, a subsidiary of Barclays Global Investors (BGI), and manager of the world's largest selection of ETFs.
