Hanover Compressor Company is a full-service natural gas compression company, and a provider of service, fabrication and equipment for contract natural gas handling applications. The Company provides this equipment on a rental, contract compression, maintenance and acquisition leaseback basis to natural gas production, processing and transportation companies that are increasingly seeking outsourcing solutions. Hanover's customers include independent producers and distributors. In conjunction with its maintenance business, the Company has developed its parts and service business to provide solutions to customers that own their own compression equipment, but want to outsource their operations. Hanover's compression services are complemented by its compressor and oil and gas production equipment fabrication operations and gas processing and treating, gas measurement and power generation services, which broaden its customer relationships both domestically and internationally.
