Dean Foods Company manufactures and distributes dairy products and specialty foods. The Company has five operating divisions: Dairy Group, which sells fresh dairy products; Morningstar Foods, which specializes in extended shelf life dairy products; Specialty Foods, which offers a product mix that includes pickles, relishes, sauces, puddings and powdered coffee creamers; Puerto Rico, which comprises the Company's Suiza Dairy operations, and International, which consists solely of its Spanish operations conducted through Leche Celta, a retailer of ultra-high temperature fluid milk.
