Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates a real estate portfolio comprised predominantly of Class A office and office/flex properties located primarily in the Northeast. The Company performs substantially all commercial real estate leasing, management, acquisition, development and construction services on an in-house basis. As of December 31, 2001, the Company owned or had interests in 267 properties, aggregating approximately 28.4 million square feet, plus developable land.
