CAE, Inc. provides advanced simulation and control equipment, and integrated training solutions for customers in the civil aviation, military and marine markets. Its civil simulation and training unit designs, produces and supplies civil full flight simulators and visual systems to over 100 airlines, aircraft manufacturers and training centers in 38 countries. It also provides civil aviation training in 15 locations, and will have an installed base of 80 full-flight simulators at the end of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2003. The Company's military simulation and training unit provides advanced simulation equipment, and flight- and land-based training systems for military markets. It has supplied military training simulators to the defense forces of more than 30 nations. CAE's marine controls and training unit provides marine automation systems for both naval and commercial shipping, develops simulation and control systems for power plants and provides training services.
