The group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and distribute track-driven all-season vehicles. it manufactures three principal product lines. they are the posi-track (tm) line, the r-series line and the multi-terrain loaders undercarriage line. all products use the rubber track suspension system. they are used in the industries of construction, agriculture, landscaping, trail grooming and maintenance, vineyards, military, wildlife management and other applications. the group jointly manufactures the multi-terrain loaders in alliance with caterpillar. it also entered into a licensing agreement to sell its rubber track, all-surface utility loader through polaris industries inc. track truck, posi-track, rc-30, r-50, rc-50, maximum traction support system, posi-turn and snow saver are trademarks of the group. it has a manufacturing facility in grand rapids, minnesota and its products are sold in canada, australia and portugal outside the united states.
