The Company operates its business in four business segments: Inventory and Logistic Services; Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul; Manufacturing, and Aircraft and Engine Sales and Leasing. Products and services are sold primarily to commercial, domestic and foreign airlines; business aircraft operators; aviation original equipment manufacturers; aircraft leasing companies; domestic and foreign military agencies, and independent aviation support companies. Activities include the purchase and sale of a wide variety of new, overhauled and repaired engine parts and components and airframe parts and components for the aviation aftermarket; the overhaul, repair and exchange of a wide variety of airframe and engine parts and components; the design, manufacture and installation of in-plane cargo loading and handling systems, and the sale or lease of used commercial jet aircraft.
